Connect to your waves of joy

I’ve just written a free flow writing article about experiencing joy in daily life.

I think it’s something we all struggle with especially in these difficult times.

How can we experience joy when we had to go through worries and grief?

How can we get out of a state of fear, of uncertainty and feeling overwhelmed by what’s going on in our life?

How to experience joy when we deal with regrets about what has happened in the past?

But what if it’s possible to live in alignment with your heart’s joy?

What if life is about living in your highest excitement every day?

“It is never too late to have a happy childhood,” Richard Bandler said and I would add it’s also never too late to rewrite your past and live a joyful and abundant present and future.

I would love to step into how to create joy in daily life, creating inspirations where we connect together to the waves of joy, where we take our joyful memories and learnings from the past into our daily life, where we create new joyful moments in the here and now to experience joy and abundance in the small things.

We will experience and create new possibilities, getting in the flow and connect to our joyful dreams of the future.

Joy is connecting to your heart’s ocean, moment by moment.

Joy is to see and experience the beauty in the small things, even when they seem broken.

Joy is always within you.

Joy is the expression of your soul.

So let’s sit down for a moment and enjoy the sunset by the ocean.

What’s your moment of joy you are grateful for today?

What makes it difficult for you to experience joy in your daily life?

How does joy feel and look like for you?
